Pancakes with Bacon and Eggs Recipe

These fluffy pancakes are the ideal breakfast treat. They're sure to satisfy your morning hunger when topped with crispy bacon and fried eggs.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
  • Set aside after removing from skillet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • To the dry ingredients, add the milk, egg, and melted butter and stir until just combined.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  • Scoop batter onto the griddle for each pancake using a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to dry, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the eggs in the same skillet that you cooked the bacon in, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve pancakes with bacon and eggs on top.
