Instructions

  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface of 1/4 cup of the pancake batter, then flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • With the remaining batter, repeat the previous step.
  • Serve the pancakes with sliced bananas and pomegranate seeds on top.
